When you book your place, you're entrusting us to coordinate group outings, book excursion tickets, restaurant reservations and accommodations on your behalf. Because these arrangements are secured through third-party vendors and are non-refundable to us, we’re generally unable to offer refunds once payment has been made.

That said, we understand that life can bring the unexpected. In the case of true emergencies like severe weather events, or other significant disruptions we welcome you to reach out to us via email. Refund decisions are made to the best of our ability but really will depend on a number of factors and timing. For this reason you are strongly encourage to purchase travel insurance.

Deposits + cancelation

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

If you do need to cancel and refunds are not available, you may try to find someone who is able to take your place.

You are lovingly encouraged to pack lightly for this gathering, not just for ease of travel, but to help you move through the journey with more freedom and presence. Packing suggestions will be provided to you once you book your spot.

Please keep in mind that the Greek islands are remote, beautifully rugged, and rooted in rural rhythms but sometimes lack amenities we are used to. This journey will include plenty of walking, and at times, sitting on the earth during our gatherings and shared moments. Participants should be physically comfortable in these kinds of settings.
