What are the fees for travel design services?

I am a firm believer in unbias customized advice and recommendations. I do not rely on commission or special “deals” from tour operators, hotels, etc. for compensation. The fees for planning vary depending on the type of services requested, trip duration, and group size. Average fees for full-service travel design are often between $600-$3,000 USD. Average fees for lightweight travel design services range from $150-$500 USD.


Can you book my plane tickets?

While I’m able to book many other travel arrangements for you, like ground transportation, activities, and dining reservations, due to liability reasons, I’m not able to book your plane tickets. However, I can do research, provide recommendations, and help you through the process of booking to make sure you get the best price and the right flights.


What’s your cancelation policy?

Due to the nature of planning work, I do not offer accommodations or refunds for cancelations. If there is an outstanding balance due for work that has been completed for your trip, the balance will be immediately due upon cancelation. In addition, you will also be responsible for following each supplier/vendor’s cancellation and refund policies, found in your booking details.
